Is that the confirmed assailant? Nothing in the URL hinted to whom it was.
 
Does the attacker know that Trump uses the term Radical Islamic Terrorism? Because that's supposed to fix everything.

No but they are aware that the UK opposed his travel ban and that has made them angry.
