I looked it up earlier today, the record for GSO is 14.3" in a 24 hour period, and was in December of 1930. We could potentially blow that away.

2.5 inches at 11:40...give or take...Grove Park area of N. AVL. Precip started as rain around noon. Light rain or rain heavy mix until 4 or so, then sleet. Got about .1-.2 inches of sleet. At 9:20 it was all snow and I measured 1 in...been all snow since
