I think living in the Nissen Building would be very cool.
I think living in the Nissen Building would be very cool.
I do too, but I cant afford it
Wonder if you could find a roomate. Hawk mentioned some spots opening up. That place looks so sweet. And that rooftop pool...
Yeah I may do some so looking around, but I'm not a big fan of the "random roomate" approach
Loved my time in the Nissen. $850/month for a single isn't bad.
I've always heard that you shouldn't go higher than 25% of gross income and 850 would be 25.5%.
Now a lot of people do that but you'll have to run the numbers based on whatever other outstanding debt you have and monthly financial commitments.
An average one bedroom apartment in Greensboro is $649. An average one bedroom in Winston is $725. That doesn't sound right does it? Why would Winston be so much more expensive when Greensboro is a much nicer place to live.

No doubt. I see a 2 bed/2bath is $1,450, which I guess is really high for Winston.
Only if you are prepared to really live a CLASSY lifestyle.
Anyone know what's happening with the apartments planned for the Reynolds building?
Question is can I afford that on a salary of around 40K?
