the official new supreme court thread - Very political

That tweet is like the other one talking about warrantless searches. The issue in that case is not about overturning Miranda as we know it in criminal cases. Now, it wouldn’t surprise me if this Court did that eventually, but that’s not the case just yet.

The right to privacy remains intact for another opinion day. But, today "the Court leads us to a place where separation of church and state becomes a constitutional violation," to quote Sotomayor in dissent.
 
With growing concern for where this court leads us next, I respectfully say "abort the supreme court".
 
Promote the general welfare apparently means destroy the general welfare in favor of select individuals and corporations

And "separation of church and state" is apparently no longer considered government or constitutional practice.
 
If only there were two branches of government designed to counterbalance the Court which was controlled by the opposition party
