Wellman and Hatch can both go, Hatch needs to go for allowing Wellman to stay.

I don't think wellman is going anywhere until both manning and clawson have a few years in. Those two need to feel like they're going to get a fair shot, and any new AD wouldn't be bound to those two hires. I realize that a new AD could offer reassurances, but that's easier said than done.
 
Pretty happy with the DM and Claw hires, but otherwise Ron has just stolen money from Wake Forest the last decade.

How did you get that impression from my post? I said that retaining wellman for a few more years might be in our interests. Now whether or not he retires is a different matter. I see no incentive for him to do so unless it comes from above.
 
Again I ask - how is Wellman measured? It's crazy to pay him what we do for these results
