Totally Unofficial 2021/22 Premier League Thread (NWT)

This attempt at humor is just....so....Spursy

But hey that’s what happens when you root for a soulless scab club. You make these jokes.

Is SOUL what you call Richarlison's antics? Most hateable club in the EPL and you might sneak into 6th for it.

Wouldn't know it from all the bitching Everton fans do about their own club

We’re an intelligent and critical fan base that holds our club to a high standard on and off the pitch.

We don’t just lap up all the bullshit our clubs shit out like you slugs

Manchester United starting lineup to face Leicester City today: De Gea, Williams, Bailly, Tuanzebe, Telles, Matić, van de Beek, Mata, Amad, Greenwood, Elanga. #MUFC [@JoeLyonsJourno]

Lololol if true then Ole just sticking 2 fingers up at the PL (and Liverpool)

Current Market Value (Transfermarkt - which is usually low)

De Gea - $24.2M
Williams - $11M
Bailly - $16.5M
Tuanzebe - $8.8M
Telles - $30.8M
Matic - $11M
van de Beek - $38.5M
Mata - $6.6M
Amad - $16.5M
Greenwood - $55.M
Elanga - no value yet

10 players worth an estimated $218.9M. Way to show them Ole.

Sorry that our 2nd/3rd stringers and reserves are also good at football and would start at your club.

A THOUSAND APOLOGIES

Y'all want Mata, btw? He's slow but can pass the ball. He'd be perfect for Everton's #8 position!

He even wears the 8 shirt! Match made in heaven.

Feels like the vibes have been bad here lately and nobody is pleased with anything

We need some chupe back

I'm fairly happy with Man United's season. Back-to-back Top 4 finishes with likely finishing 2nd this season, running a Man City side that has spent more and had more talent to start with into May. Plus probably winning a trophy (will be favored over the Yellow Submarine in the final).

First time since SAF retired that MUFC will have finished in the top 4 in consecutive seasons. If the club backs the manager in the transfer market this summer then we are genuine title contenders. Already damn close, just need a couple shots in the arm in quality/depth at CDM and FWD (Cavani won't be able to be gangbusters for a full campaign).

Amad wins a ball down the channel by out-muscling his defender and feeds in a well-weighted ball to Mason who takes two touches to free himself on his right foot and its 1-1!

Greenwood is so good and only going to get better and better.

29 goals in his career and he's STILL A TEENAGER.

Vardy being a little punk pushing a defender back into their onrushing keeper. Really dangerous move and really no reason to do it other than he was frustrated that Tuanzebe beat him for pace to the ball.

Man, that first half was a firecracker!

I like bringing on Cavani since he only played 25 on Sunday, but not sure about bringing on Rashford when he's been playing through injuries all season and could do with a full rest.

Ole's at the wheel, I suppose.
