I’ve seen this all over today, but it’s not some new revelation as portrayed. Fani Willis has used the Georgia racketeering statute in somewhat novel circumstances before and has been posited as some of the most likely charges against Trump since the news of the Fulton County investigation came out.

They only have themselves to blame for trying to ride that train. Too bad the tunnel has been painted over and they are racing down the tracks.
 
Regarding the possibility of Trump being arrested, this board has already stated its preference for no cash bail.
