Anybody got any idea how long a pitcher needs to be in lab for it to have some effect on his game?

Totally depends on the pitcher. Some relatively right away and for some it never makes a difference. Really an unanswerable question

there clearly is a connection between Wake and the head coach (Jim Osting) of the Ostingers (travel team). Brock, Marek and mutliple other guys have been in serious consideration at Wake. They've taken the whole team to Wake in the past as part of their summer college camps tour.

So Donay could be realistic... Had Donay not had an elbow injury between his Jr and Sr year he was very likely to be a pretty high draft pick. He's the real deal
