What is the best sandwich?

I'll accept 2 and 3, but the Mt. Rushmore of sandwiches has to include Cubano and Reuben.

those are classics but don't make it for me. i like cubanos but for me there's missing from the classic cuban that i haven't figured out. e.g. i need the mayo on my italian for it to be perfect for me, which i know is not traditional.

i really like reubens and i love sauerkraut but pastrami/corned beef is not my thing.
