It's a different situation. With another good season, Manning is going to command a lot more money. I would still like to have as strong of a bench as possible, though, and you have to pay for elite assistants. For what it's worth, I like our staff a lot right now. I don't know much about Woodberry's role (does anybody have any informed takes?), but I've been impressed with what I've heard about Childress and I like the Jones hiring a lot.
