Fuck Hatch. Where were his emails when his basketball coach and AD were embarrassing the university on a weekly basis during basketball season?

Getting a little sick of the "Wake Forest Way" and the pro humanitate preachy bullshit being used regularly now against any effort to draw attention to the crap being pulled by Wellman. I feel like according to Hatch and the other people bitching about billboards, quad rolling, etc., we should be like the kid from that stupid sportsmanship commercial who tells the ref the ball went out on him. Fuck that, we can be a great university and still be ruthless winners in the athletic arena.
 
A late-night guerilla TPing, by any combination of students/fans/alums/crazed townies, would be the nationally-prominent university thing to do.

Quietly accepting an e-scolding by a displaced Catholic would be the regionally-swell university thing to do.
 
I'm certain his email to the whole community admonishing Ron and Buzz for throwing Dino under the bus just got stuck in his "drafts" folder. Computers, man, how do those work?
 
What a completely unnecessary email. I swear, the people making decisions at this University...
 
That email really pisses me off.

To stand by after the crap we've dealt with for four years and to finally respond because of some TP in the trees?

I am in a one year graduate program at Wake Forest and am a lifelong Demon Deacon. During my short time on campus, enthusiasm for the athletic program has bottomed out while division among the fans is at an all-time high. I feel for the coach and his family, but that is the job that he signed up and got paid for. Meanwhile, there is hope that Wake Forest is going to go on to realize its full athletic potential – and that IS a big victory for our school.

Who did he send that to, just the students? I usually get the general alumni emails (but no longer the Deacon Club since I told them to go fuck themselves until Bzz and Wellman were gone), but did not get this. I would love the opportunity to send a response.

The Ivory Tower guy is Ok with Wellman lying his ass off but is offended by the TP. He needs to leave as well.

I may be bitter, but the fact the Facebook page just said "clean up the quad" as if the toilet paper were just litter irks me. It's like the whole athletic department has sanctioned who is the "better" group of fans.
