It's going to be awesome. Instead of chocolate there is a 3oz bottle of some surprise whiskey behind each door. All I know is that there is a 50 yr old whiskey in there somewhere.

I'm headed down to the Post Office to pick mine up today. Apparently they tried to deliver it while we were gone during Thanksgiving week. It is going to be amazing. You are correct ... Dec. 1st can't get here fast enough!

Ended up giving the bacon infused bourbon a shot. Used 1lb Smithfield thick cut bacon and Woodford. Just strained it this evening.

Not yet. I had put it in the freezer to get the bacon fat more readily separable, so I'm waiting for it to get back to room temperatures

Last night I was informed that a shot of Makers in a glass of Goose Island Bourbon County Stout makes it more bourbony if that's what you're going for. I may man up and give it a try in the future
