I felt it was going to be too clearing for him to address that in thread. That's why I AA'd him. I couldn't IC him because of his role and since there already was one. It was a difference of opinion about what should be discussed in thread and what should be PM'd, and we saw things differently. I feel like I should interact in thread as little as possible, but I did need to address the JTP situation, because as soon as it happened, mafia chat was calling for an AA. Not screaming, but it was mentioned. It was unfortunate, but so it goes. I'd prefer to keep all additional mod communication in PM, except for things that everyone needs to know.

for fun. it didn't seem like a civ power and i wanted to fuck with the preds. i figured it could also be some function of the game setup and i would skate with teh claim if it was believed to be civ

As I mentioned, the count was correct, I just mislabeled one of the votes. It was brought to my attention in PM and quickly fixed. In thread mention was not necessary, but mostly harmless.

I'll usually correct it via PM, but it was too close to the deadline. Harmless to correct it in thread.

and I don't think correcting vote counts bad regardless.

I totally respect the tough spot that you were in. With just about any other player, I would have AA'd. With Bernie, I probably would have let Bernie slide with like, seven warnings, or, at worst IC'd him (maybe made him a tree stump that could vote). It's Bernie, not Eagles.
 
And I agree w/ the bernie AA.

After redwings warning it shouldn't have continued to be addressed in thread. That's why I let redwing know my disagreement w/ a friendly POSREP

The problem I had with it was that you incorrectly corrected it. You said it was no longer tied because of that duplicate vote, while it actually was still tied. That's why I prefer PMs for that so I can find the mistake and make it right.
