I remember people used to get after me about it on the Suque, because I would leave my computer logged on and then be gone for hours at a time. The boards still showed me as logged in, so people would think I was just lurking. Not really much of a thing anymore, but not sad to see it go either.

I agree that invisible is the proper setting for mafia players.

As the grieved party, I'll say I'm not upset with DV7 AAing me for Mannings actions. Like you said, it was spelled out.

Its definitely a cry baby thing. No offense jhawk, cause we've played together a bunch and have nothing against you - but your game is reallllllly bad now. You post 3 times and then bitch and complain before and after you die. And it has nothing to do with you being busy - if you post only a few times, you are going to get some level of heat, and responding the way you do should enact a policy lynch every time - if you are a civ, you keep playing the game and ignore the votes until you need to claim (if you need to). You should know this by now.

I believe you're talking about the c9 game from 4-5 months back where I thought that I was in a 1-1-1 endgame as the lone civ and that Tim was trolling me as an SK, so I voted for him and locked it. I took my lumps in that postgame, I took full responsibility for not realizing Tim was a civ, apologized and we moved on. Well, it seems like everyone but you moved on.

"Everyone knows" is a Trumpite argument, and I had you pegged as better than that. If others would like to corroborate your accusation, then I will accept it and do even more self-reflection than I currently do. But your leash on being the ultimate judge and jury of character as it pertains to mafia has shortened considerably in the last few years. You don't even try anymore, you just yell for others to get off your lawn and lob petty insults from the backline of most rounds. Then bitch and complain about how things panned out. You're right, I should aspire to such an unassailable level of character.

except for i couldn't claim and this is like 6 games in a row where there is no reason for the heat and then i get shit talked on about ruining good roles

No, it'd be like you committing a crime while knowing that you were committing said crime, knowing exactly what potential punishments existed for committing said crime, and then bitching when said punishment is handed out.
