Totally Unofficial 2019/2020 Premier League Thread (NWT)

There's a 4th official who gets a 3 second replay in real time. He can overturn a call based on that alone. They'd only correct obvious errors, everyone wins, no delays.

mehhhhhhh I'll push back on this, although I like it in theory to keep the pace of the game moving


3 seconds for truly tight decisions isn't enough to see it from multiple angles to make sure you get the call right.



OH! and I forgot! Also, there should be a live audio plug-in for communication between the CR and VAR official as they discuss their decision for transparency. We may not agree but I think this will help reduce ALL thoughts of "conspiracy" from Brasky... I mean tinfoil hat wearers. ...which includes Brasky. (I love you, Brasky!)

Thats my intent. You only reverse obvious decisions. Make it 5 seconds, enough time for two angles viewed once each.

Given the XI it looks like a midfield diamond from Man United today.
 
City has just been better. I thought this was one of Bruno's worst performances since joining. Gave the ball away easily a number of times and make a handful of awful passes. And the defending on set pieces continued to be suspect. Oh well.
 
Bruno was indeed pretty shit today.

Maguire continues to not impress. I still can't believe we paid 80 mil for him. Astonishing.

It's extremely funny to me that Klopp is putting Salah and Mane into this match.
 
because if ever in this season there were a chance to rest your squad it would be against a U20 in a cup match
