This is the natural result of the resentment of “others” that Republican politicians have fostered for decades. What we are seeing now is not new. It’s just the continuation. They’ve convinced the privileged that they are the victims.

I’ll say the obvious. A soldier who can’t be trusted to serve this country in DC during inauguration cannot be trusted to serve this country anywhere.
