“U.S. code defines “sedition” as using “force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States.””

Sure seems like “stop the steal” is sedition. The motive was to prevent or hinder certification of the election. The outcome was delaying certification of the election.

Straight forward.

This should be admissible in a senate impeachment trial and could probably be used in a criminal “inciting a riot” trial for trump after his term is over.
