I really want to see Berry do well next year, but he'll probably be driving another shitbox.

Congrats to Byron.

Even though Truex had a dominant car, today's race was entertaining to watch. Lots of grooves eventually got worked in, and the new tire seemed to work well.

Well, yesterday was entertaining. Lots of action and angry drivers for a Pocono race. Joey's rant and the Dillon helmet throw will be talked about for some time.

XFinity series to CW starting in 2025. $115 mil per year.

That's two big hauls by the CW recently. ACC Sports and Xfinity.
That’s some pretty serious money to throw out there too. Gotta imagine they won’t stop there. Funny that they presumably thought XFinity racing was more valuable than the PAC-12.

in addition to LIV golf!
I was just listening to something talking about the XFinity deal. It sounds like the CW is paying $0 to broadcast LIV. Is that correct? LIV just wants to be in front of eyes?
Similarly, Nascar productions will handle the XFinity broadcasts which may lead to less commercials.

Slightly off topic, but Paul Tracy was suspended from SRX after wrecking more cars again last night. 2 seasons too late IMO.

SVG inks a development deal with Trackhouse, and Noah Gragson released from Legacy Motor Club. Odd that the best and worst drivers from the Chicago Street Race had huge news during the same week.

Kubu officially retires. I hate to see a driver retire due to injuries, but he never could recover from the concussion. I despised him at first, but grew to respect him with time.

He'll continue to work in an advisory role with 23/11.

Tonight should be interesting. One spot left.

Also will be interesting to see if SHR is truly shopping 2 charters. Sounds like they are worth in the $50 mil range each.

I think they'd do well dropping to 2 cars. Wonder if KHI may be interested in the two, since he was a previous lower series owner. He seems to be doing well with the representation side of the sport, so not sure if he'd take that leap.

Junior has always shied away from the monetary investment for a charter but he really wants one. I wonder if he and Kevin would go in together. They already own the CARS Tour together.
