Idea is you put in the time you're going to sleep and it'll spit out suggested wake up times.I used to set my alarm for 5:00 and hit snooze a couple of times. This week I set it at 5:20 and I get up as soon as it goes off. It seems to help me get going in the morning.

I wish I was a morning person. Even when I get a solid 7-8 hours I never wake up feeling energized or ready to "take on the day!". Takes me a while to get going. Easier done on weekends when I'm on my own time.

On my watch, you can set a "wake up range" of like 30 minutes and it tracks your sleep cycle to wake you up at the most opportune time during that time frame.
