I was there - crowd was sparse. Not many students in seats for intros and initial jump. More filtered in but most left with about 5 minutes to go. The rest of the "crowd" had a high % of olds. I was a bit surprised to see so many folks older than me.
 
Efton is a class guy no question and is it just me or does it seem like every time Sallis puts up a shot you think it is going in. Two great pick ups by coach
 
Nobody should be surprised that a 5-3 Wake Forest team playing RUTGERS on a Wednesday at 6pm didn't have a big crowd.

That game would have been a low turnout if we were #10 in the nation.
 
Also, the attendance on Saturday against whatever NJIT is will be shit as well.

Are you done claiming that Marsh is a good player and is just limited by the offensive system?

I’ve always been hopeful, just have been frustrated by how bad Marsh is and how it limited our team. So yea, I'll be done "slamming" Marsh assuming he doesn't play anymore this year.

A few thoughts.

We are a tough team at home under Forbes. 4-0 this season. Reid feels like the perfect missing piece. With him, Carr is going to beat up a lot of 4s and rebounding will go from a weakness to a strength. I love this backcourt and how they attack the basket, especially Boopie. One thing I'd like to see more of, especially when Monsanto is back, is for our bigs to kick out when the double team comes.

Oh one more thing - I thought Keller had a very nice 12 mins last night. He's getting some confidence from deep and plays good defense at times. I think he's developing into a solid player.

I know ticket pricing is different and people that paid higher prices would be pissed but I feel like for games where there are that many empty seats they need to just tell the fans in the upper tier to filter down closer to the court and then just close the upper sections, would help the atmosphere a lot.

I mean Marsh is an unrated project big man. Efton is a five star. Off the bench for spot minutes Marsh is fine.

Don't have high expectations for an unrated prospect and you won't be so let down.
 
Shah needs to donate a smaller on campus arena....although we used to fill the Joel.
