Recommend good stuff you've seen on Netflix streaming

We enjoyed as well. My only real complaint was Mandy Patinkins accent which I found distracting.

    DAT Cooking thread

We've got a Breville that has been going strong for a long time. Has a little food processor attachment I use when I don't want to get out the big one that has been handy.

CHAT THREAD 60: Posted From Stolen Land

The game doesn't seem as fun if I just said that. I was also assuming you'd be the most helpful in answering this question.

There have been multiple ACH issues over the past couple of weeks impacting deposits at major banks. It's likely an over correction. Don't spend it.

CHAT THREAD 60: Posted From Stolen Land

There are two different Billy Joel/Elton John face to face concert tribute bands playing in Charlotte on the same night and it has been bothering me all day. I'm mainly concerned about picking the right one to see. Anyone have experience with: Face 2 Face Tribute to Elton John and Billy...

CHAT THREAD 60: Posted From Stolen Land

We separate older/younger millennials for a lot of our reporting. But also combine millennial and gen z for other stuff. Just gotta fit the narrative. I really like the Xenniel designation as a micro generation between Gen x and millennials born in the late 70s and early 80s.

CBM: X-Men '97; Deadpool and Wolverine trailer

I got really confused during the first episode. Partly the structure but I also forgot a lot about S1, need to find a better recap to watch.

    2023 Election Day

Freakanomics did a story on this. Not sure if it was debunked but it certainly made sense when I read it.

May be worth looking at credit karma to get an idea. They will tell you likelihood to be approved based on your credit score for a number of different cards. Otherwise if you're interested in a card for a specific purpose it is probably worth applying.

Were you reading Dungeon Crawler Carl at some point? I've been listening and it's been a lot of fun.

A Haunted Chat Thread: So Many Cities in #Decline

Next to Normal and On The Avenue both look awesome. Might have to try to recreate on the avenue

CT: Be good to each other and check on one another

The ice maker on our 11 year old fridge shit the bed last week. $550 to repair. Definitely considered replacing the whole thing but hoping I can get a few more years out of it and replace on my terms (hopefully when things are on sale). Would definitely have considered a counter top ice...

Fortunately never had any major issues with fans. And anything mascot v mascot was planned in advance.

    CPI disrespects the Deacs

Usually kept it pretty classy and I never found the Deacon head got anyone's juices flowing. I hope some of the other folks had more interesting experiences. I did keep the suit in our fraternity lounge quite a bit, and credit to everyone else for being respectful of that, but I'd break it out...

    CPI disrespects the Deacs

Plenty of random on campus appearances for fundraisers or events which were fine. If it wasn't a university event we got $50 to appear for an hour. I did a few retirement and birthday parties. Loved getting a few bucks but an hour is too long to cruise around trying to interact with a group of...
