Was lazy, but got in the only two schools I said there are many excellent teachers. Just like any profession, there are more bad ones than good ones. And in small towns, that’s particularly true.

Just going by my intermediate and high school experience in a NC small town years ago and anecdotal evidence from friends who have recently had kids in high school, there are some incredibly effective teachers, but the majority are incompetent.

Oh yes there is. The pay is certainly a factor, but lots of teachers are totally incompetent.

That is so false. We were ranked in the top 10 in football after at least 7 weeks in 2021 and 2022. WF women’s golf just won the NCAA. The baseball team just went to the CWS. The crazy new USNews criteria were first announced in May. You are so FOS.
