1/2 CFB Thread

There is far more to win or lose in a regular season game as opposed to a bowl game. Win or lose, your going home. the only bowl game were it wouldn't make sense is the national championship.

Its working out for MSU right now though to have kicked it. Assuming they dont turn it over here.

So you're not giving a 100% in a bowl game? Why not just always give your team the best chance to win the game?

Nice kick...another shaky snap by the LS though...could hurt them before this is over.

I don't know where I'd even look, but does anyone happen to know what the winning % is for teams who force a turnover on the first possession of OT? It has to be astronomically high, right?

How is going for 2 at the end of the game to win not giving it 100%?

Would you do it in a regular season game with more on the line? Most coaches would say no. Without a doubt, they had a better chance of winning by kicking the XP than going for 2.

As previously mentioned, they were 1 for 3 on two-point conversions today. And had just gotten stopped a couple times on the 1. As I also mentioned, the UGA kicker isn't great and MSU outplayed UGA in the second half.

how do you drop that pass? he looked like a 5 year old with no fine motor skills.

Didn't know they were 1-3 today. It wouldn't have been a terrible decision.

But it works out for MSU either way.
