Good match this morning between my Lawn Ballers and my fighting Xabi Alonsos. Bayer up 1-0 24 minutes in, pretty soft, easy goal for Frimpong. Loads of good players in this one.

They mentioned Xhaka is coaching a lower level German team (amateur?) while working on his A badge (level below Pro) with the English FA. Pretty cool.

I like the old guy Volland and Gosens signings for Union, especially for Europe. Interested to see how Datro Fofana gets on, too.

Oh damn, they’re playing their Champions League matches at the Olympiastadion? That’s a bummer.

this version of Real Madrid is going to be a monster. Vinicius, Valverde and Rodrygo would already be off limits if I was in charge.

I enjoy watching the Bundesliga…..I’m getting to the point where I feel like I need 3 devices going to watch all the soccer I’m consuming.
Honestly, if it's not Everton (these days, look yesterday when I had to turn off that debacle) I'll always prefer Bundesliga over PL matches in which I don't have a rooting interest.

Musah out because he was sent off in his last La Liga game last season

had no idea that followed a player to a new league
