KP's 2024 ratings are out.

WF is rated #73 (finished last season at #86), and predicted to finish the regular season at 16-13 (9-11). KP rates WF at #61 on offense (#52 last year) and #91 on defense (#133 last year). Torvik has WF at #69 overall. Guessing that both rated WF assuming Reid would not play. Even if Reid was rated on the team, given WF's current rating, doubt that would be enough to jump WF 20+ spots to be in the NCAAT in KP's view.

So, both KP and Torvik expect WF to be improved, but still on the wrong side of the bubble (generally the last at-large team are around the high 40s or low 50s, but in 2021, WF was #32 in KP and missed on a bid).

Also, KP has G'town as the worst team in the Big East, and #159 overall, just to put some context in this weekend's "secret scrimmage".

I guess a consolation to me on that G'town projection is that, as much as we (understandably) call Forbes the Portal Whisperer, there are probably a couple more guys who have even more of a right to that claim, with Ed Cooley certainly being one of those dudes, so maybe they are severely underrated. 🤷‍♂️
