Yep. Republicans have been lying for power for decades…now they’ve been overtaken by passionate idiots who don’t know the difference between fact and fiction.
 
I have so much frustration and anger today and nowhere for it to go.

Republicans have been out here running marathons while Dems are still figuring out how to tie their shoes and insisting the race won't start without them.

I can't take anyone seriously anymore who talks about coalition building and bipartisanship and crossing the aisle. This shit is complete fantasy in today's US. When was the last time conservatives waited around to make sure the dems were on board with anything?

Current admin has accomplished nothing of note. They were sold as the grown up's choice. News for the grown ups: the rules have changed and the party that's winning isn't even playing the same game any more.

I don't know what the solution is, but damn sure isn't mediocre, insipid, milquetoast politicians who barely stand for anything other than "I'm not a socialist and I pinky promise to get stuff done!" When are we gonna fight fire with fire?
 
The only thing that makes logical sense is they're all in on it on some level and it's time to burn the whole thing down
 
Of course social media doesn't fully represent the national populace, but judging from social media posts today there is not only genuine outrage over this impending decision at our Far-Right Supreme Court and the GOP and Religious Right, but there is also growing anger at Democrats for not doing more to openly fight all of this. When this decision becomes official this summer there is definitely going to be growing pressure on the Democrats to speak up more and take a more combative stance, in Congress and elsewhere.
