Boehner plans to sue Obama?

57-41% against Boehner suing Obama. Boehner wants to make sure he gets the vote in to proceed before the recess ahead of votes dealing with the border crisis or VA assistance.

Boehner's cowardice is showing tonight. They voted to spend $5M to sue Obama. Boehner has no balls.

$5M to sue but not a penny to build roads.

This is a racist attempted coup.

What's even more egregious is that they are going forward with suing him over delaying the employer mandate versus the fact the same people voted FIFTY times to do the exact same thing.

They are suing him for doing what DEMANDED he do. How fucking crazy is this?

Isn't there some constitutional provision by which the House can vote to have the President tried for this type of complaint?

Let me get this straight, Boehner wants to sue Obama for acting via Executive Orders RE:ACA.

Now Boehner is asking Obama act via EO re: Immigration -http://www.politicususa.com/2014/07/31/republicans-destruct-boehner-forced-pull-border-bill-pass.html

WTF is this?

It's amazing how badly Boehner has fucked himself over these issues.

Really it's Ted Cruz fucking Boehner

Don't get Cruz at all. He's basically fucked the GOP twice in two years in the Senate: once on the government shutdown and now on immigration. For a guy who's academically accomplished, he pulls off stunts that make him look foolish and piss off big chunks of his own party. Establishment 'Pubs won't be purged by 2016 and 51% of the electorate isn't to the right of the middle of the GOP. Even if he miraculously gets the GOP nomination in 2016, he can't win a general election. A third party run moves the Dem electoral college vote to near 400.

At this point the most convincing theory is that Cruz is in fact a left-winger who has decided to ruin the GOP.

The fighting between these politicians is fine, just stay out of the way of hard-working Americans trying to feed their families.

Seriously, does it really matter who sues who or whatever? I remember Clinton's impeachment and the next day I still had to make my car payment and go to work.

As long as you're in the top 5 or 10 percent, you'll be just fine regardless. Well, unless the Pubs let us default and send us into another recession/depression.

Fox News Sunday had a daily double today: Steve King and Michael Needham, the Heritage CEO who was the 'brains" behind the government shutdown. Like Cruz, Needham is highly educated (Williams/Stanford), but he aligns himself with morons (DeMint, King, Bachman) and they work up these bizarre schemes that backfire on them and the GOP and take zero responsibility for their failed tactics. Cruz may be beloved among the Tea Party base, but he can't win a 2016 primary in a crowded field. especially if there are a limited number of well-funded establishment GOP candidates.

For maximum trolling, House GOP should sue Obama over his refusal to enforce the UN Convention Against Torture.

The weepy oompa loompa should smack Steve King, Jeff Sessions, and Needham too.

Orangeman Boehner is afraid saying no to Casper the Friendly Ghost could cost him his job.
