Remember when Obama made an offhand comment like “don’t go blow all your money in Vegas” and the Las Vegas tourist bureau or whatever was pissed and Republicans made a big deal out of it.

No doubt one of the main GOP talking points next year will be to attack large, blue-voting urban areas like NYC and Chicago and San Francisco as shitholes that are overrun with homeless people and crime and sin and decadence. Rural folk have been doing it for generations, but I suspect that Trump & Company will go all-out next year. Nevermind that those urban hellholes are where the jobs and people (especially younger people) are moving, while deep-red states like WV and Alabama and Mississippi have some of the worst economic and health and crime statistics, or that many rural areas "in the heartland" are the places losing jobs and population. "Do you want all of America to become a socialist LibDem shithole like LA and San Francisco and Chicago and NYC?" will probably be their battle cry.

That’s already the narrative. That all the shithole counties in like Kentucky or wherever don’t add up to LA County so that shouldn’t count.
 
I'm still stunned that SNL hasn't had many skits with Putin and Lavrov getting Trump to say or tweet anything they want him to say or tweet. It could be very funny and make Trump lose his shit every time they do which would help their ratings.

So homeless people in large cities are proof that dems are terrible.

Does that mean southern out of work hillbillies accepting fed assistance with no jobs and meth problems are caused by the DGOPers? Their policies certainly only help enrich those in power.
 
Homeless people go to Dem cities so they get the services they need. One way to see it is that they’re willing to live there even without a house.

And they won’t be victims of the Purge or whatever Republicans do with “undesirables.”

Yeah, these homeless people on the streets are largely veterans, people with mental illnesses, and people who fled low opportunity "Real America."
