After spending an afternoon glued to the TV, I think I have an idea of who does and doesn't watch a lot of cable news around here.

Ugh... I've moved on from my old career but still feel connected to my former clients. Two have passed away in the last month. The first I could handle. I think she died of a heart attack or aneurism. The lastest I'm just not sure about. My theories are opiod overdose, alcohol overdose or suicide. Both were in their late 50s.

Bought birdie a skateboard for her bday and she freaking loves it and seems to be pretty naturally skilled at it. I've posted before how much she had struggled with confidence and anxiety but between killing it at swim team and now tackling skateboarding it's like she's a different child. Super pumped for her.
