Agreed. I hate that it's come to this for our program, but facts are facts, we really needed to win this game. We as a fanbase should probably save our collective ire for when it matters.

the quote is being blown out of proportion because bzz's body of work includes turning one road game against a sh!tty bc team into a big game and a bigger win.

i was happy about the win but two or three years ago i would not have thought twice about this win.

Getting excited about a road win is great. I just don't like calling it "winning our Super Bowl". The Super Bowl ends the season. That quote makes it sound like we won't be winning another game all season.

I think people interpret Super Bowl in this context to mean "big game." Nothing more, nothing less. I get why people are frustrated, but this is more just a minor stumble than anything worth getting up in arms about.

not really directed at anyone. just making a silly joke about the quote and the end of the season (aka giving up). i don't really believe bzz has given up on the season.
