You're right. I can't believe our allies would spy on us. Clearly, the only remaining option is to withdraw from NATO and put a stop on all visas from NATO countries.
 
This is going to get pretty bad. And the more Trump rails against it publicly rather than trying to work with the intelligence community to quietly resolve the situation, the worse it will be.

If other NATO allies' intelligence agencies have information, Trump is likely already sunk. They will have just as much interest in removing Trump from office as the Russians have in keeping him in office. All that would be left would be if Congress has the stones to actually start and complete the impeachment process.
 
Donald is never going to acquiesce to "working with" anyone that he doesn't come up with himself. Someone close to him is going to have to convince Donald it's his idea to go along with the intel community.

So there's definitely a decent probability that the Trump camp knew about the hacking. And may even have helped finance it.

When you have Paul Manafort, Carter Page and Roger Stone (formerly one of Tricky Dick's underlings) on your team, it is very likely they knew about it.
 
Carter Page was on NPR with Judy woodruff tonight and he's definitely a disciple of the fake news movement. Refused to answer any questions point blank and just said that the Russian ties are faked by the media
