Yeah, no. Remember how the Virginia Democrats sent out mailings that were Trump endorsements of Youngkin? That worked out well. The majority of Americans don't recognize these people as bat shit crazy.
 
People who recognize them know they’re batshit crazy. The problem with those ads was that tying Youngkin to Trump was good for Youngkin. Tying random Republicans to MTG is bad for those Republicans.
