I generally like change, but the new rep colors look...awful. The old ones looked great. I'm not really sure what prompted the "improvement."
 
I like the idea of trying to go Wake theme with the colors but I think we've missed the mark here as well. Don't have to stick with the original but gotta do something other than what we have.
 
Why not just start the bars over after 1000 rep? Or 500 rep? Just do it like poker chips.

Green bar = 100 rep
Black bar = 500 rep
Gold bar = 1000 rep

Is that doable?

I wish I could give out 3 types of rep:

1- POS REP. Good post, made me laugh, yay for you, so POS REP (limit 24 per day, 10 points max).
2- NEG REP. Bad post, you're being mean, my feelings are hurt so NEG REP (limit 24 per day, worth negative .5 of POS REP).
3- SO MUCH POS REP. My panties are soaked through, post of the day, you are my new hero (limit 1 per day, worth 10 POS REPS)
