I smoked wings saturday night and had the boys over while the wife was at the beach. I'm throughly convinced I could cake walk 95% of wing joints in a taste test contest. Did two flavors this weekend, Jamaican Jerk and Raging Ranch.

I got “hot” from Duffy’s Irish Pub, best wings in DC

The actual best wings in DC are at Boundary Stone, but they are like $14 for 6, meant as an app. Fuck they’re so good.

for the 2010 world cup duffy's had a bunch of all you can and drink days. $25 for unlimited wings and keg access. incredible. they also did unlimited peel and eat shrimp for one matchday and that wasn't as good.
 
New Duffy’s location on H is almost too nice, makes me suspect their quality will go down, not nearly as dive-y and shitty as the old spot

The rest of their menu is legit bad

Wait, there are generally people that like Blue cheese dressings? I mean, I hate most blue cheeses in general - gorgonzola in limited amounts on salads and stuff is fine, but the stronger stuff is gross.

Jesus, this would kill me.

I did 8 lb. of wings on Sunday for lunch for four adults and some childrens. I used dry rib rub on 4 pounds of them (fucking delicious), jerk on 2 pounds, and sweet bbq on 2 pounds. I took about 10 of the rib rub wings and tossed them in the jerk sauce. Served them as "rub and tug" wings. My mom and dad really liked the rub and tug wings. I laughed on the inside a lot.

how do you get them crispy? i made sous vide wings a week ago and they tasted delicious but the broiler didn't add any crunch at all.

i'm a ranch with wings guy but when i said that on the ranch thread a few years ago people equated it with being a child molester.
