Saturday College Football 12/3

It's still certain that Mark Richt is retiring after this season, right? Or at least leaving UGA?

What a badass. If he wins today, his press conference will be awesome. He needs to just say "Enjoy your SEC Championship, UGA Nation. Peace", drop the mic, and walk out with both fists in the air.

I am so on board with this statement, but I think the Big 10, statistically, was actually this year's best conference. It's a close race though between the Big 12 and Big 10. Both were substantially ahead of the SEC in the Sagarin.

Not sure where you were looking at, but the Big 10 sucks this year like it does pretty much every other year. The Big 12 was by far the best, but the SEC was 2nd and way ahead of the other BCS conferences.

Sagarin Conference Ratings:

Wisconsin, Michigan, Michigan State, and Nebraska all had fairly good years. PSU was overrated but had success. The pac 12 had 3 good teams and that is it.

I have no idea what I was looking at either, then. I checked the Sagarin rankings maybe 4-5 days ago, and I'm convinced I read Big 10 --> Big 12 --> SEC.

Oregon, USC, and Stanford would all be favored on a neutral field against the Big Ten's best team I'd guess (maybe a coinflip with Wisconsin).

TCU might just sneak into a BCS bowl. Currently #18, to get auto bid have to finish in the top 16 and be higher than WVU, who are currently #23, so that part should be a lock. Wisky/Mich St loser should fall behind them so just need to jump one more team (Houston? Georgia?).

Also could have a knock-down effect on the Independence Bowl

I heard about this earlier about TCU. What a god damn joke it would be. They friggin lost at home to SMU.

Honey Badger don't give a shit about crossing the end line

Wow how did that official on the goal line not see that and why were his hands up way before he got into the end zone?

My God, this is the most boring game ever. I'd rather watch Wake basketball.

Conspiracy! Although this game apparently doesn't matter. Why do we still have human officials?
