WF Baseball

We can play midweek games, but seems like we're playing a helluva lot of them, and they're doing more damage than good
 
Wake's playing the same number of midweek games as everyone else and you're supposed to play them. Your suggestion is akin to saying "Wake shouldn't play out of conference games in basketball because they're more harm than good," or "Wake should only play three OOC games in football instead of four because we may lose the fourth one."

Cow College is hot and we are not- could easily see both teams at 12-12 in conference play after next weekend.
 
We seem to be playing a lot more back-to-back Tuesday/Wednesday non-conf games than some others (namely Duke, who is doing pretty OK for themselves right now). Just seems like overkill -- perhaps the schedule should've been spaced out a little better
 
Wake takes 10 days off for exams. Not sure whether that is a school rule. Other teams do not. We need more schollys in baseball. Period.

These games are reschedules generally from cancellations earlier in the year due to weather.
 
Down 4-1 to Rodon and Cow College in the 7th. We need to right the ship this weekend.
 
We were 10-4 after taking the first two games ve. Maryland. Since then we are 2-11, including 1-6 at home. Total collapse. .
 
Which pitchers are injured and what types....i.e. will they be back?

All D1 teams get 11.7 schollies to divvy up.
 
We need more faux schollies in baseball to compete with everybody else that uses them.

Sad...I was thinking of driving over to see them play in the ACC Tournament but now they might not even make it or maybe play only 1 game? Don't understand the bracketing/seedings....

2 E in a row by Conner gvs State 2-2 tie thn Fischer throws HR pitch to gv State 4-2 lead n 3rd. Meltdown continues.....
 
Leaving gm now....unbelievable. ..another throwing E by Conner...8-2....
 
Not sure if Coach Walter is getting it done on the field based on results. Too much history with this program and playing in the best conference in the nation to not make the NCAAs in 4 years
