Someone really needs to assist him in winning a Darwin award.
 
Does anybody doubt now that the Zimmerman shooting was unjustified?
 
Yeah I don't know what was on the record for summary judgment purposes but it seems like it could have gone to trial on a "reckless disregard for false or truth" theory for actual malice even if there was no evidence that NBC knew the statement was false. Idk what the standard for actual malice is in whatever state the lawsuit was based though.
 
Just read the decision and it sounds like there's a SCOTUS case which holds that deliberately altering the words of a plaintiff doesn't equate falsity for actual malice purposes unless it results in a material change in the meaning conveyed by the statement. "A party's accurate quoting of another's statement cannot defame the speakers reputation." Judge held that since Zimmerman at one point offered up the race of Martin unprompted, the use of another statement where Zimmerman provided Martin's race even when prompted by the dispatcher couldn't have materially changed the meaning of Zimmerman's statement.

Initial auction site got rid of the auction. No bids so far on the second site. Casey Anthony and Darren Wilson (Ferguson cop) are reclusive social pariahs, but Zimmerman defiantly refuses to go away despite an apparent minimal (non-existent?) fan club.

IN pizza place that vowed to "boycott" gay weddings raised $800K. Far from complaining, but kinda surprised there isn't even a single $5K bid.
