First day of the ACCT and we're all sitting around wondering when our coach will be fired. that should say something. no one is happy. We're not excited to watch. but then thats applying logic and reason to the decider.

A couple of recent posters on Scout thread have checked with their inside sources re the rumor and they say the original post BS. Chrispy also said the original posters IP is the same as another poster, meaning most likely an alias trolling everyone.

That's fine, although the quotes weren't really necessary (past performance suggests I'm more of an expert than Ronnie), my point is that the opinion of the assistants and players shouldn't really matter, and if they come into play it's only because Wellman is desperately scrounging for some tidbit to support his hardheadedness.

If Buzz will be gone, why doesn't he go ahead and announce that he's retiring after this season. That way EVERYONE can wholeheartedly wish him AND THE TEAM success as we pull for wins to finish out the season. There is really no reason for him not to go ahead and announce that he's leaving, UNLESS there is still a chance he'll be back.

Because, as he said as recently as this week, he believes there's a chance for him to be around for 'another 10 years'.
 
That picture confirms that Wellman isn't in NC and no such meeting was held with [Redacted].


Even with the small parade win today, [Redacted] is gone. Start to freak out if we make it to Saturday, however.

that would imply that Wellman hasn't made a decision yet. It's either made or not, regardless of what happens. If the decision is NOT made, then there are tons of people that are completely full of shit. I mean seriosly, ND sucks. I'm happy our boys won, but it's not like they beat Duke again. If all it took for Wellman to retain bzzzz, was a victory over lowly ND, the WOW is all I have to say
