Yep. Even with your pickup timeline moved to 7, they'll still have to wake up before 6, based on your previous math. You'd be arriving right around the time they'll have to wake up to pick you up, if you got an Uber pretty much as soon as you'll be able to once deplaning, getting to uber location, etc. More importantly, you'll still save them 2 hours-ish of driving.
I think you should insist that they relax at home and you'll see them there. Works out better for literally everyone (you don't have to wait in an exhausted state, uber driver gets paid, they get to sleep/chill rather than drive in traffic. But hey, that's just my logic.
