People trashing him really only make themselves look like they don't understand college basketball. However, don't really see him as an NBA guy just because that game is such a unique style of basketball that I don't think he fits right now. Will make plenty of money in Europe or Australia but as of now I don't see him becoming a guy who gets a multi-year NBA contract at any point.

I understand basketball and shooting is an integral part of the game. It’s not rocket science. Hildreth obviously takes the ball to the hole because it’s the only way he can score, and he’s become good at it- particularly when he isn’t being guarded by a taller player or face a rim protector giving help. As I previously said, he is either good or very good at all other parts of the game.

Does anyone know of a way to watch this? I’ve tried to dig it up several times over the years, and can’t find it anywhere. All I’ve come across are a couple of short clips on YouTube (just found the Skip “I’ll see you on the quad at midnight” speech - I’m not crying, you’re crying…).

Would love to find the full show, if I recall I am on camera for about 30 seconds, talking about how we ran the camp outs (pretty sure it was filmed the night before our game against UNC), and is something I would now love to see again and show my kids. Surely this has to exist in some archive somewhere?
 
Cam is a great player and glad he is on our team. honestly, he might be the most important player on the team...he does everything!

those that don't see his impact are just not looking at what he contributes (full boxscore). ffs last i checked he is our leading rebounder!
 
He shoots over 50% inside the arc. .542 over the last five ACC games. He doesn’t take many threes. 1-5 over that same stretch. That’s fine.

7-9 and 9-13 against Louisville and FSU. Can’t complain about that.
 
Cam is a scorer, for sure.

He has a knack for finishing the close and mid-range shots. Lots of soft one-handers that always seem to bounce in.

Basically the opposite of Bobi so far. Can't wait until that dude adds some strength and learns how to finish.
 
One of the most amazing things about Cam is his motor. Good lord, the guy has stamina!

Leading rebounder and second in both points and assists. If you're a Cam hater there is some other, non-basketball related bias or hatred.
