FWIW, every conference with teams in any time zone, including the SEC, Big 10 and Big 12, other than the Eastern time zone has had 11 am kickoffs for years. As an example, the Texas/OU football game has had a 11 am kickoff for years. The ACC has decided to feed into the narrative that they are a lesser conference.
An 11:00 kickoff is ridiculous
to accommodate the normal noon ET window. this is an entirely new one.FWIW, every conference with teams in any time zone, including the SEC, Big 10 and Big 12, other than the Eastern time zone has had 11 am kickoffs for years. 11 AM LOCAL. Not 11 AM EST.FWIW, every conference with teams in any time zone, including the SEC, Big 10 and Big 12, other than the Eastern time zone has had 11 am kickoffs for years. As an example, the Texas/OU football game has had a 11 am kickoff for years.
Get used to it. The other ACC AD's have publicly announced that is their goal. No reason to expect seemingly fair treatment ever again.Wake definitely got screwed here.
So did Vandy. They will be getting that game at 10:00 AM. And for Deacon fans on the West coast, they will get to "wake up with Wake football" for an 8:00 AM kickoffThey're pushing a tight 3 hour, 15 min window for four games. Decent chance some of those games run over.

sure...but those of us in Eastern Time watched it at noon.IIRC, in 2022, WF at Vandy was a 11 am kickoff (CDT), and it was televised on the SEC Network.
