Did DC popularize the stuff everything in a bowl quick service lunch place? obvi you had Chipotle before that, but they opened their Asian concept Shophouse in DC first (I loved that place) and then Sweetgreen and Cava got their start there. Not sure how it is now post-Covid but from like 2010-16 there were new bowl lunch places opening up all the damn time.Also $54 for two delivery sweetgreen salads, the other DC staple
