I work from home. In my basement. One half of the basement is my office. The other half is a gym. I have to walk through the gym to get to the rest of the house, so the equipment just taunts me every time I come and go. I usually do a quick lunch with the kids from like 12-12:30pm, then I do work until I workout around 1:30pm and then I walk to the bus stop to pick-up my daughter. It's a nice mid-day routine. I tried to get up extra early (~5:30am) to workout for a while, but I'm just not as into it that time of day.
What does this mean? Typo for "black coffee only"? I've tried to give up energy drinks before, but I don't drink coffee and I need caffeine during the day. Monster Rehab seems better than the carbonated versions, but that's probably just in my head.
