"There are a lot of unhappy people in this world."

Moving from Boulder to W-S? Damn right.
The guy exudes fail from every orifice.

One of a kind. When he's gone and we have a bad loss we will say things like, "that was Bezdelian." He may rent in another city one day but he will not be forgotten. Staak is now off the hook.

Back to my above scenario. What if Bz grabs 18 yr old pre-med Sarah Yu from San diego by the hair but he doesn't punch her. He just angrily looks at her for a second and then bites the shit out of her face. Like right under her eye. Because of the camera angle it's not really clear what he is doing. At first it looks like he is forcefully kissing her. but when he finally releases her she has a death curdling scream and she is crying. The replay will show he bit her but its also clear from the blood poring through her fingers as she covers her face, and all of the blood on jeffrey's face and on the floor. This time he is not escorted he just takes off running. Everyone is trying to figure out what happened. two male students are on the floor consoling her, one of their faces displays that they are just now piecing together what transpired. That old man bit Sarah!

In this scenario he never goes back to his house. He gets in his prius and he is just gone. I wonder what the inevitable Good Morning America interview would be like. I could see tiny precious Sarah flanked by both of her parents from San Diego. She is wearing a giant white bandage over her eye but she will recover. We get to learn a little bit about her. How she is strong student. and liked by her classmates. She is the sweetest girl. She and her parents explain that one of the things that attracted them to Duke/Wake (etc) was the extracurricular culture of Tobacco Road. How every one studys hard but they all take part in cheering on their team as well. Sarah had never really been a sports fan before arriving on campus. This was actually the first live sporting event she had ever attended. It was her advanced bio classmates that encouraged her to attend. When she screamed BZZOUT in the 2nd half blowout she did not even know what it really meant, she was just following the crowd and her classmates. Her father speaks up, "When you send your child away to school, you want them to learn, have fun and be safe. Never did I think that my daughter would be attacked, bitten!, by a school faculty member." At the end of the interview the host explains that Sarah has decided to take some time off from school. She is also seeking help from a counselor. Wake Forest is very embarrassed.

4 days after the incident Jeffrey J Bzdelick is arrested just outside the Canadian border. As he is handcuffed, his prius car door is left ajar and you can hear show tunes blaring from the speakers. He is still wearing the exact same suit and tie he wore that fateful evening. He never even wiped Sarah Yu's blood from his face and teeth. As he is loaded in the police cruiser he is not talking but rather it appears he is whistling. He looks despondent.

Wake Forest immediately releases a press statement. In it they apologize, state how extremely embarrassed and appalled they are by Jeff's behavior, show their support for Sarah, and quickly announce that Mr. Wellman has been terminated and placed under a gag order per his contract. Poor ron has not even been contacted at this point.

Asked generally about fan behavior, Jeff [Redacted] calls it Twitter muscle. "There are a lot of unhappy people in this world."

I can certainly see why this has been his personal experience. Face it. He is a basketball coach who is a loser. That means the people he interacts with are rarely going to be "happy" with him. So from his personal experience it would seem that there are a "lot of unhappy people in the world".

As I've posted before, I tried to be nice to the guy outside of the Miller Center a few years ago. He was as rude as he could be and generally didn't care that I was trying to talk to him. In a similar situation, Skip talked with me for about 10 minutes then told me to come by his office if I ever wanted to talk more.

If he's going to act like a cantankerous child, he better expect the fans to be angry with his atrocious results on the court and his failure to connect with the WF community off the court.

I'm not sure any response is needed besides fire him.

Big words from the guy that had to cancel his call in show because a couple of Wake Forest fans got mean.

bzzard, there is a day coming when LOTS of people are gonna be happier than pigs in mud. Of course, you won't be around to enjoy it.
