Wake seems hesitant to push the tempo this year. Normally, after the first down they go scorched earth. This year it seems like they have a much more moderate pace. If they struggle to find a rhythm, I would like to see them pick up the pace a bit.

ironwill, it goes both ways. It's also another thing to get a full week as the starter and to have confidence from his coaches.

Oh no doubt. I just think it's one thing to step into a game without having worried about it with little expectations since you're down big and sling it against a crappy team versus having all week to know you're starting and will likely face much more pressure

I'm seeing 73% of ATS bets on Deacs, but the line is back to 3, which would indicate larger bettors being on State. Never know how accurate those stats are, though (these are from Caesars Sportsbook).
 
Hopefully since we have 3 competent tight ends, we have some sort of backside H Back protection or whatever.

Can't just go out there and "execute" the same game plan that failed last week.
 
Unfortunately, our piss poor effort at lewisville has fired up the wolpfack faithful here in Raleigh that they can turn us over for a win tomorrow night. :(
 
As i'm watching the Duke v BC game it seems clear that Duke is better, but more impressive is how physical they are. I expect us to play well tomorrow night and win. But the thing that always worries me is that we're not "physical". Last weekend that was the difference in the game along with mistakes. Sometimes the more physical team wins even if they're not the better team. We generally aren't the more physical team which means we have to execute. If we do we'll be ok.

We are in route to Raleigh in my sister's Suburban and 7 of us plus a grill! Any suggestions or tips for parking? Haven't been to Moo-U in a while.
