MBB Game 1: Elon Phoenix at WF - Monday (11/6) 8 pm ACCN+

Watched the game yesterday, I've been on the 3M train since the recruit videos emerged. I'm still on that train but I'm also jumping on the Parker F train. He's going to be very, very good. Reminds me of those guards that stay 4 years at Big 10 schools, Syracuse, or ND that just end up shooting lights out over the years.

Yeah. Have always wanted one of those guys.

I get irrationally excited when guys fill it up from the outside like Monsanto, Arians, Antonio, etc.

The best thing about Parker that I saw was he may not JUST be a fill it up dude. He was pretty decent on defense (overly aggressive to be sure), and also could get to the rim.

Yeah... He looks like a scorer more than a shooter.

But I'm gonna pump the brakes on that until we play someone other than Elon. I mean, he's still like 170lbs soaking wet.

MichDeac, between the Deacs and the Wolverines, you’re on a bunch of trains !

Marion is obviously a stud
What he is right now is a guy who can be very disruptive to opposing offenses. Pass has to be delayed a second or two. Maybe thrown left or right of ideal location. Shooter has to reset or is discouraged from taking the shot at all.

Yea I have no idea what this dude’s ceiling is but from the tape, he kinda reminded me of like Danelius meets Levy. Let’s see how he grows this year.

it's only one game - but we had really solid offensive efficiency - namely 2pt% and offensive rebounding

we didn't have a lot of assists, but looks like the offensive engine will be cam, sallis, and carr. if we get damari and parker keeping defenses honest on the perimeter, we're going to be hard to guard.
