There have been like 4 reports on Jela today alone. It'll all be clear tomorrow morning
 
Lectro you going on record as saying you think Crump is a better WR than QD? That's pretty bold bud, going to have to disagree with you there. The stuff QD can do on the field doesn't come around to often, even if he isn't Chris givens fast. Him and Duncan would be the most impressive NSD wins for WF since Alphonso, if not ever.
 
Texas I firmly believe Duncan is a 4* rb. He is exactly the type of runner WF needs as he is going to be durable and a great compliment to the other guys on the roster. WF can only hope to land him tomorrow and that he turns into the type of player I really think he can be. Could be a GREAT day tomorrow!

Rumors here tonight from Gaffney fans that WR Quinshad Davis will pick Wake Forest tom over UNC and Tennessee.
 
UT just signed Cordarrelle Patterson, the #1 JUCO WR. They were trying to keep the news quiet, but it leaked. Bye bye immediate playing time. That has to be good news for Wake and QD.

Too many guys looking at Twitter in regards to Quinshad here. He has never tipped his hand to any reporters so there is no reason to believe he has given any inside info to these Vol or Goat hacks now.

Not really. I scouted both players and find Crump is the most physically impressive (the better athlete) and is already at 200 pounds. In addition I think Crump has the better hands at this point.

Certainly the cielings for Mike Williams and Jared Crump are just as high as it is for Davis.

Lots of factors outside of performance go into star ratings... particularly at this time of year when the temperature heats up.

When 4 Star A.J. Marshall committed all the chat was the same...his reputation continued to grow. Merril Noel did not receive the same buzz -- now then, I told anyone who'd listen that Bud was the fastest CB out of his breaks from the state of Florida (in a very strong year for FLA DB's).

-- As it turned out 2 star Kevin Johnson came in and beat out both players for the starting spot last spring.

Don't get me wrong... I love having A.J. Marshall and would LOVE to get Quinshad Davis... I simply have Crump as the better prospect.

I also have Domonique Gibson as the top ATH recruit for 2012 (Deacs) -- could easily be a TB if that was his desire. Tremendous quick twitch athlete with instincts...hard to top Laronji but I had to pick one.

Tall, long athlete with speed and skills. He is thin (6'5-175) but Lonnie feels like he can take weight up to around 200. He is not lacking in self-confidence.

If you asked him about Quinshad or Jared he'd say "they are alright"-- :) -- strictly speaking as an athlete Lonnie Galloway would tell you to think of Chris Henry when he was 17. Will he take weight like Henry? That is where Lonnie's "eye" comes into play.

Anyway the guy is a 3 star as is Crump (higher 3 star) but you just never know at Wake Forest...you just never know who you were supposed to be excited about until 2 years is burning down the road.

Personally I have seen Will Smith. I work out with the Stadnik boys. No offense to Brock, he is a great kid and an excellent prospect, but Will is a tremendous Jumbo athlete who moves so well...man, that guy is as athletic as Tylor Harris (if you have seen Tylor's film) and adds his name to a burgeoning list of outstanding young OL at Wake. By far the largest and most gifted collection I have seen as a fan of the Deacs.
