The Stables at Poplar Grove in Wilmington has an Equine Rescue Program for neglected and abused equines. One of my best friends has been working with them in honor of her late sister, a horse lover, and I know the program would be thrilled with a donation like this.

I have this too and that's exactly what my doctor said too. Basically, I'm allergic to so many trees and pollens that I react to certain fruits and vegetables. Carrots are the worst but sometimes other random fruits, vegetables, and nuts will irritate me too.

Maybe try the plain packets? Obviously that won't change the fact that you don't like the flavor, but it might solve your texture problem.
